Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant / ERP Implementer to join NovaDev on a freelance, project-based basis. You will collaborate with international clients to analyze business requirements, configure Odoo solutions, manage ERP implementation projects, and ensure successful delivery from discovery to go-live.

This role requires strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience implementing Odoo 19 and newer versions across multiple business domains.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience.
Proven experience with Odoo 19 or later.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
Experience conducting Discovery Sessions and Requirements Gathering.
Ability to perform GAP Analysis and recommend business solutions.
Experience configuring standard Odoo modules without heavy customization.
Ability to prepare functional documentation and business workflows.
Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Experience delivering end-user training.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience working with international clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze client business requirements.
Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders.
Perform GAP Analysis and propose suitable Odoo solutions.
Configure standard Odoo modules.
Coordinate with developers for custom requirements.
Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
Support testing and quality assurance.
Train client teams on system usage.
Lead Go-Live activities and provide post-implementation support.
Deliver product demonstrations during presales when required.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
